To use the DigCompEdu framework to map digital competencies against self-reflection outcomes for educational purposes
Identify own needs to become digitally competent in teaching
Improving the ability to recognize digital competencies needed in the 21st century as a key factor in contemporary education
Identify available open resources and tools and link them to DigCompEdu areas
Outlining first initiatives for planning their own educational and professional improvement
Share with each other, at least 3 people in the group, your own level of competence, obtained from your self-assessment.
Then continue with the next topic: "What are the areas in which you would like to develop/improve your digital skills?
What are the challenges of the 21st century that significantly influence the teaching-learning process?
In relation to the DigCompEdu framework, consider as a team your strengths and areas for improvement and how this document could be useful to you and your colleagues in your schools to improve your skills.
